Return Policy
Seller: ELBAMARO LLC. This policy covers digital software purchases from elbamaro.us. No physical return is required.
1. Cancellation before supply
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We cancel and refund where the key or redemption instructions have not been sent, revealed or made accessible when your request reaches our advertised support channel. Internal allocation of a key alone is not supply to you. If supply has already begun, the following commercial terms and applicable statutory rights apply.
2. Change of mind after supply
After a key or redemption instructions have been delivered, revealed or actually made accessible, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds, including for unactivated keys. We do not offer a general voluntary exchange programme for a different edition or platform.
3. Product problems
Contact us about an invalid or faulty key, non-delivery, incorrect supply, misdescription, missing supply rights or a duplicate charge. Activation does not remove your applicable legal remedies. We investigate using reasonable checks and provide correction, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as applicable. A replacement remedy for a fault is separate from a voluntary exchange. We do not require you to bypass publisher licensing or security controls.
4. Requesting help
Contact support@elbamaro.us or WhatsApp +1 307 310 8524. Requests are acknowledged within one business day. Telephone calls are not monitored.
Include the order number, purchase email, product, device platform and exact error or explanation. Hide the complete key in screenshots and never send passwords or full card details. A legally due remedy does not depend on supplier permission or a short arbitrary reporting deadline. There is no physical return, restocking fee, return-shipping charge or refund administration fee.
5. Statutory cancellation and consumer rights
These commercial terms do not restrict statutory cancellation rights, consumer guarantees or legally required remedies. Where UK or EU distance-contract withdrawal rules apply, the cancellation period is normally 14 calendar days from contract conclusion, subject to any legally required extension. For paid digital content without a physical medium, the right may end when supply begins only with the required prior express consent, acknowledgement of loss of the right and contract confirmation. Payment, general acceptance or receipt of an email alone does not establish those requirements. Where they are not met, applicable withdrawal rights remain.
Mandatory protections in the customer’s country or region take priority. Fault and misdescription remedies are separate from change-of-mind cancellation.
6. Refund handling
- We acknowledge requests within one business day.
- We aim to provide a decision or remedy within five business days after receiving the necessary information. If investigation takes longer, we provide an update and expected completion date.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of approval, or within any earlier legal deadline.
Where a statutory 14-day cancellation refund deadline applies, it runs from notification of cancellation, not internal approval. Bank or payment-provider posting can take additional time; contact us if the credit has not appeared ten business days after our refund confirmation.
You may also use an available cancellation or return action in your customer account. Keep any acknowledgement. Submission alone does not automatically cancel an order or issue a refund. If the action is unavailable or its online window has ended, use the support channels above; that window does not restrict statutory rights.
7. Earlier orders
Earlier orders retain the policy and purchase commitments applicable when placed. Later changes do not remove prior unused-key refund promises or reduce statutory rights.
8. Withdrawal statement, where applicable
You may send a clear statement to support@elbamaro.us, for example: “I withdraw from my contract for [product and order number].” Include the order date, your name, your address where required and an email for confirmation. This example is optional and does not replace any withdrawal method required by law.
